1. Services Provided

AmineWP specializes in community website development, including:

  • Membership website setup
  • Community platforms with BuddyBoss & Fluent Community
  • Course platforms
  • Hosting & domain setup (optional)
  • Ongoing maintenance & support (if selected)

2. Project Timeline

  • Website development takes 7 to 10 days, depending on project complexity.
  • Delays may occur if additional features are requested.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Payments are processed via Stripe and SEPA Direct Debit (for EU customers).
  • Full payment is required before work begins.
  • Subscription services (maintenance) are billed monthly.

4. No Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital development, we do not offer refunds.
  • If you have any issues with the service, contact us, and we will work to resolve them.

5. Maintenance & Support

  • If you select a monthly maintenance plan, support is provided via email, messages, or scheduled meetings.
  • Support covers bug fixes, custom tasks, and security updates.
  • Any additional custom work beyond standard maintenance may be billed separately.
  • All software, plugins, and tools we use (BuddyBoss, Fluent Community, etc.) are legal and properly licensed.
  • We are not responsible for any third-party software updates, changes, or security vulnerabilities.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The website and platform developed for you remain your property upon final delivery.
  • You may not resell, distribute, or claim AmineWP’s work as your own.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

  • AmineWP is not responsible for downtime, hacks, or issues caused by third-party plugins or hosting providers.
  • You are responsible for managing your platform once delivered unless you opt for ongoing maintenance.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any updates.
